GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Unless otherwise specified in a particular contest, here are our general contest rules designed to assure everyone an equal chance of winning:

1. Contests are open to all Florida residents, 18 years or older, except full or part-time employees and immediate families of Omni Broadcasting, LLC, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, and other radio stations.  The term “immediate” family shall include cohabitating spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and significant others.

2. Only one winner per household for any contest in 30 days.  Individuals may only win one contest in any 30 days unless otherwise noted.

3.  No purchase is necessary to enter.  Contests are void where prohibited by law.

4. Physical Prizes may be picked up at our offices between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 300 Mary Esther Blvd, Suite 112, Mary Esther, FL. The person claiming the prize must be the same person who calls in to win and present a valid Florida photo ID. Prizes are non-transferable. Concert tickets may not be sold.

5. Our digital prizing is inputted into our online system, claimed digitally, and transferred digitally. You MUST have a working email address to win. You must grant permission for us to contact you via email and/or SMS to win. 

6.  Certain restrictions may apply to certain contests.  All winners must consent to grant Omni Broadcasting, LLC, affiliates, agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, and successor/assigns permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with the promotion of this or other contests and waive any claim of royalty, rights or remuneration for such use.

7.  Omni Broadcasting, LLC shall be the final arbiter of any questions about contestant qualifications or procedures.  Contest rules are subject to change at any time without notice.

8.  Omni Broadcasting, LLC is not responsible if a listener cannot get through on the telephone for a contest, whether due to telephone equipment malfunction, busy lines, or otherwise.  Telephone contestants may have their voice recorded for later broadcast.

9.  Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on prizes and will be issued an IRS Form 1099, if applicable.
